Arch Angel Farms and Cleantec
Cleantec LLC and ArchAngel Farms, a 501(c)(3), are partnering to create a practical, scalable pathway from innovative food production to charitable meal distribution.
Recolonizing our world
Together, we are transforming retired semi-trailers into solar-powered precision agriculture systems, purchasing a portion of farm output through our MRE buyback program, and converting that harvest into comforting meal products—starting with MannaMac™, a mushroom-based macaroni and cheese meal.
The final products are distributed through ArchAngel Farms and its charitable network to people experiencing homelessness, housing instability, poverty, and food insecurity.
The Partnership Architecture
1. Build: Convert Retired Trailers into Food-Producing Systems
Our company repurposes retired semi-trailers into solar-equipped precision agriculture machines.
These systems are designed to create controlled, efficient food-production capacity that can be deployed near the communities and partner organizations where it is needed most.
By giving retired trailers a new purpose, we turn underused industrial infrastructure into an asset that can support food access, community resilience, and long-term hunger-relief efforts.
2. Grow: Support Farm Operators and Community Production
Each precision agriculture system is deployed with a client, farm operator, community partner, or qualified host organization.
The farm operator produces crops suited to the system, including mushrooms such as king trumpet and lion’s mane. This production becomes part of a wider food-access network designed to create both local economic opportunity and charitable food supply.
3. Buy Back: The MRE Program
The MRE program creates a more dependable route from farm harvest to community meals.
Under the program, our company may purchase back up to 50% of a participating farm’s qualified monthly output, based on agreed-upon pricing, quality standards, production volume, and other program terms.
This buyback model is designed to:
Reduce market uncertainty** for participating farm operators.
Create a predictable ingredient pipeline** for MannaMac™ and future food products.
Support ongoing food production** rather than relying only on one-time food donations.
Connect farm output directly to charitable hunger-relief efforts.**
4. Produce: Turn Harvest into MannaMac™
Harvest purchased through the MRE program is used to produce shelf-stable, easy-to-distribute meal products.
Our initial product is MannaMac™: a familiar macaroni and cheese meal incorporating king trumpet mushrooms, lion’s mane mushrooms, or a blend of both.
MannaMac™ is designed to offer more than emergency calories. It is intended to be comforting, practical, and dignified—suitable for charitable distribution through shelters, food pantries, mobile outreach teams, community meal programs, and emergency-response organizations.
Guaranteed Impact Made.
Real world Results.
ArchAngel Farms, a 501(c)(3), serves as the charitable distribution partner for finished meal products.
MannaMac™ and future meal products may be directed to:
People experiencing homelessness, including those living unsheltered or in temporary housing
Homeless shelters, transitional housing programs, and supportive-housing partners.
Street-outreach teams and mobile meal programs.
Low-income families and individuals using food pantries or community food programs.
Veterans, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, and people navigating recovery or reentry.
Emergency and disaster-response operations serving displaced communities.
This partnership ensures that food products do not simply move through a supply chain—they move toward people facing hunger, hardship, and instability
